Since its debut at an outdoor market in Brooklyn last summer, the ramen burger has become a food craze on the order of the cronut, with knockoffs cropping up around the globe. Our current favorite? The bulgogi-beef ramen burgers served up by the crew of Singapore food truck Travelling C.O.W. (Chef on Wheels), who introduced it—along with a tobiko-flecked crab-salad version—during their weekend runs to the U Factory pop-up program at Gillman Barracks. U Factory wrapped up at the end of January, but foodies can take heart: the burgers are now on the food truck’s regular menu.
