Petit Differences

From discarded and rejected to some of its most unique products, Hermès’ Petit h project has given new life to workshop scraps while letting its craftsmen’s creativity run wild. Creations include everything from jewelry and household goods to art installations, and are only presented during traveling sales or at the recently opened corner in the Hermès HQ in Paris. This year, Petit h makes its first Southeast Asian stop at the Hermès store in Singapore (541 Orchard Rd.; 65/6738-9807; hermes.com) from July 26-August 11, with a stop in London planned for later this year. The Singapore sale includes items made especially for the city-state, inspired by its culture and heritage. Prices start at US$80.
