What could be a better way to start the day than a half-hour Hatha yoga class in the comfort of your own home? Six Senses Uluwatu, Bali’s yoga instructor Kadek Setrawan is here to help you destress, refocus, and set aside some well-deserved “me” time. Don’t worry if you’re unacquainted with Hatha yoga—its focus on breathing exercises and static poses makes it the ideal starting point for beginners. In this video, you’ll also get to meet the resort’s general manager Michael Gaehler as he takes viewers on a brief tour of the sun-kissed property overlooking the Indian Ocean.
